| 1. Tractor or pickups may enter 2 classes per event & only one hook per class per tractor. 2. Pullers have to be at the site 1/2 hour before the pull. No sign-ups after the pull begins. 3. Absolutely NO alternative fuels, alcohol, nitrous, propane or oxygen bottles, at ANY PULL. 4. Pullers may use soy diesel and 10% gasohol. 5. Non members of our association must pay a $15.00 membership fee good for that pull only, providing they meet all safety regulations. A $50.00 yearly membership is available. 6. Safety issues will be addressed IMMEDIATELY. 7. You may have a second attempt pull, if the front of the sled does not go past 100 foot marker on your first pull. Unless you go out of bounds. 8. Height for draw bar will be at 20 inches to the top maximum. Minimum length of draw bar is 18 inches from center of rear axle. Must pull from a clevis or welded ring fastened to a draw bar. If using a clevis, you must have a grade 8 bolt & nut to bolt clevis to draw bar. 9. Tractor will be disqualified when; * Any part of tractor goes out of bounds. * Any piece of the tractor falls off the tractor onto the track, unless forward motion stops. * Puller leaves the start line under the red flag. 10. Protests: Protests must be made while tractors is still hooked. A $50.00 fee from each party will be charged. Winner takes all! If both are illegal, the $100 goes to the corporation. All illegal equipment must be corrected before puller can pull again. If the puller refuses to be teched or if a serious violation is determined the puller will be out for 5 pulls and violation must be fixed. 11. Injection pump can be checked for plunger size and delivery valve size with no liability to the corporation. 12. Certified papers must be signed before pulling 3000 RPM classes and up. 13. ZERO TOLERANCE for any pullers drinking alcohol before or during an event if pulling!!!! 14. Tractor wheelbase will be a maximum of 114” from the center of the rear axle to the center of the front axle. 15. Tractor length of 13 feet maximum from center of rear wheels to the farthest point forward including front weights. 16. Tractors with roll cages or a other roll over structure must have a strong and rigid seat with seat belts anchored to something other than the seat itself. All tip seats should be securely fastened while pulling. 17. No tolerance on weight except for 1% in stock classes STOCK TRACTOR CLASS

B, OEM intake manifold only, no fabricated intake manifolds. C, No deck plates between block and head. D, No intercoolers or ice boxes. E, OEM cast iron head only, 2 valves per cylinder maximum, no aluminum heads. F, No bigger than a 6 cylinder P pump, 13mm model 100 or 450 Roosa Master. G, Turbo, Limit of 1, Outlaw approved Garrett GT4202 in its unaltered 3X3 form. This is the only legal turbo. 3, Safety equipment. A, Steel flywheel, steel pressure plate, steel floater plates required, absolutely no gray cast iron flywheel or clutch parts. Clutch certification papers required. B, Clutch housing scatter blanket required. Blanket must wrap around clutch housing 360 degrees with a minimum of 6” overlap. Blanket must be located inside of safety tie bars. C, Dead man’s throttle required. D, Engine side shields required, .060 minimum thickness. E, All tractors must have rear fenders. The fenders must be strong enough to support the driver’s weight. F, Electric fans only. G, Turbocharged engines must have (2) 3/8” grade 5 bolts in vertical portion of exhaust pipe. Bolts to be installed 90 degrees to each other, within 1” of each other. H, All tractors must have air shutoff's sufficient to stop engine. The air shutoff must be activated from the rear of the tractor. A loop is required to attach the sled cable. I, 3 bar roll cage mandatory. Seat belt use required. J, Full fire suit and helmet required. K, All tractors must have a fully charged 2-1/2lb fire extinguisher mounted within easy reach of the driver. L, All tractors must have a 3 way fuel shut off system that can be activated from drivers seat. M, Wheelie bars must have a 5”X5” minimum pad. They must be able to lift the tractor in the heaviest class. N, Safety tie (tranny) bars mandatory. O, All tractors must have a working transmission neutral start switch or clutch pedal switch. This will be tested. 4, Tires sizes, 20.8X38 or 24.5X32. 5, Fuel: Diesel Fuel, Bio-diesel or Pure Purple only, no alcohol, no nitrous, no propane, no oxygen injection. Additives, lubricant for injection pump only. 6, Mandatory annual membership is required. 7, If tractor is not checked for cubic inches & turbo, then it will pull Super Farm providing they meet all safety regulations for the class. DOT tires only, no cutting or altering. 33x12.50 10. 500cu inch limit, OEM cast iron heads and block. 1% tolerance 11. No cut out pickup boxes 12. No split rims 13. Drive shaft loops & kill switches recommended 14. No double disk clutch allowed in this class 15.
