Founded November 26th 2006, this is a brand new pulling association for anybody wishing to join the future of tractor pulling in
Western Iowa. The West Central Iowa Pullers is an organization of Tractor and Truck pullers that compete throughout various towns in
Northwest Iowa, West Central Iowa and Southwest Iowa. There are currently 5 Tractor and 5 Truck classes as listed in the pulling
order on the schedule. Please join us this year at any of the pulls listed in our schedule.

NOTICE TO ALL TOWNS & FAIR BOARDS!
       (Towns now have until June 31st to get a pull in for the 2009 season)
Our insurance has considerably gone up this year and W.C.I.P will now have to charge a
fee of $200 per event to cover the insurance. This must be paid before the event gets put
on our regular schedule. If you have an event that needs to be scheduled or general
questions, please contact us at 712-545-9395 or 402-709-0798.

                                                       New changes for 2009!
                                    
                    1. Daily membership fee will now be $15.00 an event.
                    2. Yearly membership fee is now $50.00.
                     3. Roll cages are now mandatory on Hot Stock on up in classes. (starting 2010 season)
                    4. Roll over Protection is now mandatory on 3000 rpm tractors/must support weight of tractor. (2010 start)
                    5. No tolerance on weight for 3000 rpm classes on up.
                    6. No tolerance for rpms 3000rpm class/3000rpms or less.
                    7. Seat belts in all classes are to be used!
                    8. New points system in effect for 2009. See bottom of page.

                      BONUS POINTS FOR WINNING THE MOST 1ST PLACES: 10 POINTS
                      BONUS POINTS FOR PLACING SECOND THE MOST: 5 POINTS
                      BONUS POINTS FOR WINNING A CLASS ABOVE LIMITS BUILT FOR: 20 POINTS
                      DEDUCTION FOR RULE INFRACTION: 40 POINTS EACH OCCURRENCE & LOSS OF PULLING.
